Elon Musk made a game called BLASTER at the age of 12. He sold this game to PC & Office Technology Company for $500 at that time. He made the BLASTER game with a computer named commodore vic 20. The online version of this game is still available on the Internet.
Elon Musk’s $1 food budget
Elon Musk spends more than 12 hours a day reading books. During his college days, he used to spend less than $1 on his one day’s food and buying hot dogs and oranges in bulk.

Elon Musk once rented a friend’s house and every weekend evening he turned the house into a nightclub for his college friends. Entry Fees of that nightclub used to be $5 at that time, sometimes more than 500 people used to come to the nightclub, which means he earned $2500 in night every weekend.

In 1995 Elon Musk and his brother Kimbal Musk started a software company named Zip2. It worked like Google Maps. The Zip 2 was sold by Musk to the COMPAQ company for $307 million in 1999.

In 1999, Elon Musk founded x.com a financial service company by investing 10 million dollars. A year later, x.com merged with a company named Confinity. Which later came to be known as PayPal. In October 2002, eBay acquired PayPal for $1.5 billion, of which Elon Musk’s share was $165 million.

Elon Musk was born in Pretoria in South Africa to Errol Musk, a successful engineer and built a life as an entrepreneur and an investor and Maye Musk a Canadian-South African model and dietitian where he spent most of his childhood until he moved to Canada at the age of 17.
